when we requested information about a problem we were having. At that time
I was told that the CHAMPUS maximum allowable cost for individualized speech therapy
sessions with a CHAMPUS certified therapist was $28.21 per session.

CI Policy - I received a letter in Aug, 2002
which says, "We cannot supply dependents and retirees with replacement processors and accessories. We
still provide issue of equipment at time of implantation surgery, and will continue to provide mapping
services.", "Dependants of active duty military members are entitled to
obtain needed accessories
through (PFPWD). and "Retirees and dependants of retirees must replace accessories at their own expense."
