Children's Rights Coordinators
Qualified member volunteers throughout the United States, Canada, India, and Mexico
work to ensure that children and adolescents who are deaf or hard of hearing get the
support and educational opportunities that they need. Within the United States, parents
are advised on all aspects of PL 94-142 (Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, or
IDEA) and PL 99-457 (Infants and Toddlers Law).
Due to privacy concerns, this list doesn't contain all of AG Bell's CRC's. It only
contains the contact information for Regional CRCs who oversee CRC efforts for multiple
states, those who have web sites, or those who have asked me to keep their names here. If
you need the services of a CRC, please contact National AG Bell or the CRC for your region
or city.
